Rather it is teaching a service company better ways to grow its customer base through sales and service training or working with other professionals outside the service industry that are working with field service companies as they interact with each other the goal should be the same, to build an Economy of Trust.
Education is the foundation of intelligent production within the individual business but it is also critical between different trades and professionals as they interact in the business world. The relationship, for example, between Realtors and the inspection trades is unique. Understanding the rules, requirements and regulations is critical as all share a vested interest in the process of delivering their product.
